Product Service
Please note that in some images, glasses may look darker or brighter than how they appear.

Unfortunately, there are NO refunds or exchanges for any of our products. 
This means that all sales are final.

If you received any damaged items or have any inquires, feel free to email us at [email protected], or use the contact form. 

For any damaged items, please report within 5 days of the delivery date. Please include the following: order number, picture of damaged item, and a brief description of the issue. We will be happy to replace the damaged order.

Shipping Policy
Please keep in mind that since we are using a shipping service, estimated dates of arrival are not guaranteed.  

Website Use 
In terms of using our website, we (as a company) do not collect any personal information that was not voluntarily given. We use the given personal information for our third party shipping, payment and email services. We also use analytics from the website (such as most viewed or purchased items) for the betterment of service. We are not liable for any stolen personal information used on our website.  We are also not liable for any bad interactions used with any external third party services on or for our website.
